- RAMCO office and a common Arogyasri office with Internet and Systems have been established with a new modern corporate outlook.
- Data Entry operators have been employed along with Office coordinator, AMCCO, System Administrator and Pharmacists to facilitate office work and updating of cases.
- For smooth functioning of the Scheme, M.O.U’s have been done with M/S. Sai Sadguru and M/S. Tapadia Diagnostics Center for procurement of Drugs and Investigations.
- All the transactions have been audited by Charted Accountant.
- From Jan.’09 total No. cases registered in Pediatrics – 1251, Pediatric Surgery – 721 & Obst. & Gynaec–117. The targets set by the D.M.E. from June ’09 are Pediatrics – 132, Pediatric Surgery – 37, Obst. & Gynaec – 30 for the month of June’09 & July’09 are exceeded. For the month of August 2009 the targets of Pediatric is 142, Paed. Surgery – 40 & Obst. & Gynaec – 26, where as the performance is Paediatrics is 149, Paed. Surgery – 105 & Obst. & Gynaec – 15.
- After disbursement and expenditure up to March 2009 the Hospital Development fund is Rs.25,16,405/- and the Department Development fund of Pediatrics is Rs.7,41,069, Pediatrics Surgery is Rs.66,72,712/- and Obst. & Gynaec is Rs.1, 35,437/-.
- Arogyasri committee was formed in Niloufer Hospital with Superintendent as Chairman, Professors of Paed. Surgery & Obst. & Gynecology heads as members and RAMCO as coordinator to take decisions regarding the functional of Arogyasri scheme in Niloufer Hospital. Sri. P. Sathyanarayana, Hon’ble Minister of Arogyasri, 104, 108 & Insurance services has inaugurated the Arogyasri ward in Unit I on 15th August 2009.
- Decision has been taken to create Arogyasri wards with corporate and pleasing ambience in every unit with cool and safe water facility.
