Members of the Inspection Committee from NTR University have conducted the inspection for affiliation of increased PG seats in Pediatrics on 26-03-2010, and the MCI team visited the Niloufer Hospital. During inspection, they were satisfied with the teaching staff participants, physical & infrastructural facilities like land, building, equipments and clinical facilities.

The Medical Council of India has issued letter of permission for enhancement of Postgraduation (MD) seats in pediatrics in Osmania Medical College from 6 to 11 and Pediatric Surgery (MCH) from 2 to 8 every year.
